Qualifications - 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in IT services or B2B technology. - Strong understanding of paid media strategy, funnel optimization, go-to-market execution, and account-based marketing (ABM). - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, and Excel/Google Sheets. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across creative, content, and sales teams. - A passion for technology-driven transformation and delivering measurable marketing impact. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to build and scale high-performing marketing teams.
