Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - QMS & TPM, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. The Manager will be responsible for the implementation, management, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and TPM.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001, TS 16949, and other relevant standards

- Experience with TPM practices and principles

- Skills in conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and developing quality metrics

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and liaising with stakeholders

- Ability to lead initiatives for operational efficiency and product quality improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
