Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead business development efforts across North India and Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a background in home automation, hardware, or related industries, with a strong network among door and furniture manufacturers, architects, and system integrators. The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to build and manage channel partnerships, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets across North India and Nepal.

- Identify and onboard new business partners, including dealers, distributors, and OEMs.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the furniture, architectural hardware, and home automation sectors.

Channel & Partner Management:

- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners and system integrators.

- Train partners on product offerings and sales strategies to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

- Work closely with senior management to align regional sales goals with overall company objectives.

Market Intelligence:

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous product improvement and market relevance.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

- Prepare regular business performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in channel development, partner onboarding, and territory management.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.

- Self-driven, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital reporting systems.
