Accounts Manager
Job Description:
- Drive Business Development activities, Business growth with existing accounts
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record of working and achieving targets by mining aligned accounts
- Candidate should have achieved the target of 2-3 crores quarterly or annually
- Experience in handling multiple mid-large size firms in this space (~ USD 100M+ revenue sized firms) simultaneously
- Ability to understand our offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in making proposals, pricing
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Understand QA process and tools, experience in IT services and product b/g
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders including recruitment team for fulfilment of opportunity
Key Competencies:
- Leadership, working in ambiguity, ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing
- Experience in IT services industry
