Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations across business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

- Drive budgeting, cost control, and working capital optimization aligned with strategic goals.

- Collaborate with CXOs, business heads, and external auditors to ensure financial transparency and governance.

- Implement ERP systems, automate workflows, and strengthen internal controls.

Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA (Finance) from IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute.

- Proven leadership in managing large finance teams and multi-entity accounting.

- Strong grasp of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.

- Experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle), MIS, and digital finance transformation.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
