Manufacturing capacity, 6 lac liter per day.

Financial Management:

Overseeing all financial operations:

- This includes managing daily transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in accounting processes.

Financial planning and budgeting:

- Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the dairy's financial goals.

Managing cash flow:

- Monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.

Preparing financial reports:

- Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensuring compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.

Analyzing financial data:

- Evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Managing audits:

- Overseeing internal and external audits and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.

Team Management:

- Leading and managing the accounting team: Providing leadership, guidance, and training to the accounting staff.

- Setting performance goals: Setting performance expectations and evaluating the performance of team members.

- Developing staff: Providing opportunities for professional development and training for the accounting team.

Other Responsibilities:

- Inventory management: Working with other departments to ensure accurate inventory records and cost of goods sold.

- Cost control: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.

- Working with other departments: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, operations, and procurement, to ensure accurate financial information and support business operations.
