Accounts Head - CA

- Oversee and manage the complete finance and accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards (IFRS/Ind AS).

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; provide strategic insights to leadership.

- Lead the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.

- Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.

- Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), liaisonwith consultants and tax authorities.

- Manage internal and statutory audits; ensure strong internal controls and risk management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Tech, HR) to support business growth initiatives.

- Evaluate financial implications of business expansion, M&A, and new product offerings.

- Prepare board decks, MIS reports, and investor reports.

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and external consultants.

- Should be able to Lead the Team.
