Desired Profile:  - 8 to 10 years in experience in software/services sales   - Preferably with 3-5 years in Account Management  Key Responsibilities  - Manage a set of key accounts in the given territory of West & North India / South India (2 positions)  - Drive revenue & gross margins from these accounts in the territory.   - Position all our service offerings in these accounts   - Build relationships with key executives in these accounts.  - Align with delivery teams to facilitate services delivery to customers  - Monitor and manage key projects being delivered to these customers.  - Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction  - Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on completed deals. Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for sales reviews with the sales management team.   - Responsible for revenue & collections   - Flair for Strong interpersonal skills   - Self driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused in conducting sales campaigns.  - Excellent negotiation skills, mediation, and conflict management skills.   - Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty  - Strong verbal and written communications skills  Skills:  - Strong sales experience in Business Development or Account Management from either software or services companies serving the Indian market.  - Good understanding of IT industry  - Good understanding in IT solutions for manufacturing customers  - Should have either sold or been part of an implementation team for any enterprise IT product  Swetha Reddy.
