We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to strengthen and grow business with our existing clients. The role involves business mining, opportunity generation, and client relationship management with a focus on driving revenue growth from aligned accounts.
Location: Bangalore
Designation: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
Experience Range: 3 - 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development activities and accelerate growth within existing accounts.
- Farm and generate new business opportunities from aligned clients.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize account mining potential.
- Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, including negotiations with large enterprise clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Handle operational aspects such as contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals, solutions, and pre-sales activities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage deal profitability and track account margins.
- Travel within India at least twice a month to meet clients and drive engagement.
- Operate effectively in a remote and distributed team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through mining and expansion of aligned accounts.
- Experience in growing deals valued at > USD 130K (1 Cr.).
- Hands-on experience managing multiple mid-to-large size enterprise clients (~USD 100M+ revenue firms).
- Strong understanding of IT services and product offerings, with the ability to articulate value propositions and USPs to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in preparing proposals, pricing strategies, and client presentations.
- Familiarity with QA processes, tools, and IT services background preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, delivery, and pre-sales.

Qualification
- MBA in Sales or Marketing is required.
