Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key Public Banks in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, client relationship building, and commercial acumen, particularly within the Govt. Banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic relationships with large public Banks in the Mumbai region.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and align our solutions accordingly.
- Own the P&L responsibility for assigned accounts/territory.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
- Collaborate internally with delivery, presales, and product teams to fulfill client expectations.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting of account performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 to 18 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
- 5+ Yrs within the Banking Sector (Mandatory).
- Proven track record in managing large Public sector banking clients.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI domain and enterprise IT/service sales cycles.
- Ability to understand and manage P&L for assigned accounts or region.
