Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to manage our strategic relationship with Tech Mahindra. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring successful project/service delivery, and identifying new business opportunities within the account. This role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of IT services and client management.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Tech Mahindra account.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term partnership.

- Understand the clients business goals, challenges, and industry landscape to deliver tailored solutions.

Delivery Oversight:


- Ensure seamless delivery of services and projects in line with client expectations and SLAs.

- Coordinate with internal delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to meet client demands and timelines.

- Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Account Growth & Strategy:


- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.

- Collaborate with business development teams to expand the scope of services within the account.

- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client value and improve business outcomes.

Issue Resolution:


- Handle client escalations professionally and efficiently.

- Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Reporting & Forecasting:


- Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, revenue forecasts, and business pipeline.

- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities, proposals, and performance metrics.


Requirements & Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within the IT/Technology industry.

- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts, preferably with exposure to Tech Mahindra or similar clients.

- Strong understanding of IT services, staffing, and project delivery models.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:


- Familiarity with IT resource management, recruitment processes, and delivery coordination.

- Experience using CRM tools and reporting platforms.
