Account Manager
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead strategic conversations with CXO-level stakeholders and design value-driven IT solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Support marketing initiatives by building case studies, creating thought leadership content, and designing/executing/monitoring campaigns.
- Manage customer onboarding, represent client meetings as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and coordinate with product teams for successful pilot execution and milestone tracking.
- Align and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of strong Account Management experience with a proven track record of closing large-cap, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Consultative selling expertise with an aggressive, outcome-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience (internal and external) and executive presence.
