Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Own and manage relationships with enterprise BFSI clients to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of Data Sutram's AI-driven solutions.
2. Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
- Drive contract renewals, expansion deals, and revenue targets for key accounts.
3. Customer Success & Solution Implementation
- Work closely with customer success, product, and data science teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
- Monitor client performance metrics, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction rates.
- Proactively address client concerns and optimize their experience with Data Sutram's platform.
4. Industry & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on fintech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product development based on client feedback.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling client engagement strategies.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, case studies, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with leadership and founders to align key accounts with overall business strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success in BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of financial services, risk intelligence, and AI-driven analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CXOs, decision-makers, and financial stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex AI-driven solutions into business value for BFSI clients.
- Experience in contract negotiations, deal structuring, and revenue forecasting.
