Description: Are you someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to own key client accounts, ensure customer success, and unlock expansion opportunities for cutting-edge SaaS solutions.


Job: Account Manager - Client Success


Experience: 6+ Years


Location: Bangalore


What You'll Do:


- Own and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts


- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion


- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with SaaS offerings


- Identify and close upsell & cross-sell opportunities


- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions & escalations


- Partner with Sales, Product & Support teams for seamless delivery


- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and engagement trends


- Lead quarterly/regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients


What We're Looking For:


- 6+ years in Account Management / Customer Success (SaaS preferred)


- Proven track record of client retention & revenue growth


- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills


- Ability to understand technical products and translate business needs


- Hands-on experience with CRM tools & account analytics


- A problem-solver mindset with a strong customer-first approach


Good to Have:


- Experience in B2B SaaS companies


- Exposure to subscription-based business models
