Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager (B2B) to manage and grow a large portfolio of international client accounts for a leading MNC. The role requires strong relationship management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle complex B2B customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain 400+ B2B customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle account queries, escalations, and renewals effectively
- Maintain accurate account data, pipeline, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations) to meet client expectations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure timely communication across time zones
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Account Management
- Proven experience managing large account volumes (400+ accounts)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience handling international customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral/global accent
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in global delivery or international support models
- Exposure to SaaS / Technology / MNC environments
