Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager with 7+ of experience in driving consultative, transformation-led growth within strategic accounts. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, the ability to navigate customer organizations, and a proven track record of managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow key accounts by driving consultative, solution-based engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships across stakeholder levels, including CXOs.
- Identify and map customer landscapes to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including commercial negotiations and executive presentations.
- Drive account transformation through AI and data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence and customer success.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in account management and revenue ownership.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to lead complex sales cycles.
- Confident in handling CXO-level conversations and commercial discussions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, opportunity-creation approach and extreme ownership
Preferred / Added Advantage:
- Background in travel technology or the travel industry with deep domain knowledge.
- Solid understanding of AI / Data-driven solutions and their application in the travel space.
