About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing SaaS Sales Account Manager / Account Lead to drive revenue growth across the US market. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on managing and closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals, typically ranging from $5K-$50K ACV, with opportunities to expand into larger strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong customer relationships in fast-paced B2B SaaS/ai environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for US-based customers

- Drive new business acquisition and expansion revenue across assigned accounts

- Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets of $1M+

- Manage deal sizes typically ranging from $5K-$50K ACV, including larger strategic opportunities when applicable

- Conduct discovery calls, solution positioning, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closure

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across business and technology functions

- Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize pipeline conversion

- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM systems

- Understand customer pain points and map SaaS solutions to business outcomes

- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, demos, and virtual events

Required Qualifications:

- 6-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or enterprise sales

- Demonstrated success in closing and managing $1M+ annual revenue portfolios

- Strong experience handling mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals

- Proven ability to manage complex consultative sales cycles

- Experience selling into US markets and working US business hours

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders

- Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable operating as an IC

- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or scaling technology companies

Exposure to outbound-led and product-led growth sales motions

Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contract negotiations
