Job Title: Account Head - Acquisitions

Experience: 7-12 Years

CTC: Up to - 30 LPA

Work Location: Bangalore, Mumbai & Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview:

The Account Head - Acquisitions is an Individual Contributor responsible for driving net new business by acquiring new customers and expanding into new geographies. The role focuses on proactive hunting, pipeline building, lead qualification, and deal closure from a defined target account list.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new customer acquisition and geographic expansion through aggressive outreach and prospecting.

- Build and continuously manage a strong sales pipeline.

- Qualify leads and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

- Sell products/services directly or through partners within the assigned target accounts.

- Collaborate with Pre-Sales/SE teams for product demonstrations and solution discussions.

- Develop customized solution proposals addressing customer requirements.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including forecasting, account strategy, and planning.

- Present compelling value propositions to prospects and stakeholders.

- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals.

- Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs), Customer Success Executives (CSEs), and Inside Sales teams to maintain account health post-closure.

- Work closely with BDR teams for smooth lead handover and progression.

- Cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts for complex or renegotiated deals when required.

Key Requirements:

- 7-12 years of relevant experience in solution sales (SaaS sales experience preferred in applicable cases).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong commission earnings history.

- Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts and engage multiple stakeholders.

- Experience interacting and negotiating with C-level executives.

- Strong hunting mindset with new business acquisition focus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
