Mandatory Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience closing $5K+ ARR (SMB) and/or $20K+ ARR (Mid-Market) deals
- Track record of quota overachievement in at least 3 of the last 4 quarters
- Experience in an established SaaS organization with a strong SLG motion
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes (discovery, qualification, forecasting)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in high-growth startups
- Exposure to selling CRM, RevTech, AI, or GTM tools
- Experience selling to CXOs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Leaders, or Founders
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market
- Handle deal sizes:
- SMB: ~$5,000+ ARR
- Mid-Market: ~$20,000+ ARR
- Consistently achieve and overachieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas
- Conduct value-driven discovery and map customer pain points to SuperAGI solutions
- Build strong business cases and ROI narratives
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams. Share customer and market feedback with leadership.
