Job Description: Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS)

About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the Digital Adoption Platform space, helping enterprises maximize ROI on digital investments by improving user productivity, process compliance, and overall software adoption.

They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join their team and drive enterprise SaaS sales. This role is focused on building trusted client relationships, delivering consultative solutions, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage with enterprise accounts across regions.

- Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quotas in the range of USD 500K - 1 Million annually.

- Consultative Selling: Position solutions through solution-based and consultative sales approaches.

- Deal Management: Navigate complex enterprise deal cycles of 3-6 months or longer, with typical deal sizes of USD 50K+.

- Client Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring timely and relevant communication.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with partnerships, sales development, and solutions consulting teams to deliver value.

- Challenge Anticipation: Proactively identify and address potential customer challenges before they arise.

Requirements

- Experience: 5-9 years of direct enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS.

Skills:

- Enterprise SaaS Sales

- Solution Selling & Consultative Selling

- B2B International Sales

- IT/Software Sales

- Background: Strong track record in selling to international enterprises; SaaS background preferred but not mandatory.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Work Mode: This is a 5-day Work From Office (WFO) role.

- Results-driven with a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
