As a member of our CRM Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the future growth of our organization. CRM & Industry Solutions is a rapidly expanding strategic focus area, and this role offers the opportunity to significantly influence our commercial success with strong support from leadership.
We are seeking a CRM Account Executive who is a customer-facing domain expert capable of delivering innovative business solutions and guiding clients through digital transformation.
The CRM Account Executive will be responsible for the market success of our CRM and Industry solutions. These offerings are built on a leading enterprise platform that creates a single source of truth, enabling organizations to optimize processes with consistent, unified information.
What You Will Do :
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas within an assigned territory.
-Develop and execute a sales strategy that includes a targeted prospect list and a comprehensive regional sales plan.
-Lead initial Executive and C-suite conversations, positioning our value proposition effectively.
-Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing the art of the possible with our CRM solutions.
-Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including forecasting and pipeline management.
-Provide ongoing account management to support customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
Qualifications:
-Experience leveraging or critically evaluating how AI can be integrated into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights).
-9+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in generating new business for enterprise-class Customer Experience or business solutions.
-Experience selling into the India MRD (Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution) sector / BFSI / TMT (Technology, Media, Teleco)- this is essential.
-Demonstrated ability to navigate both short and complex multi-stage sales cycles.
-Solid understanding of business sales processes.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
