Job Description:
- The Account Director will play a critical role in driving sales and building strong client relationships within the IT/ ITES sector, and will report to India Enterprise Head
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities
- Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
- Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
- Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly quotas.
- Previous experience of selling to enterprise customers in IT/ITES segment
- Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etc
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills
- Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
- Energetic and highly motivated personality
