About the Role:
Were looking for an Account Director who can own client relationships end-to-end while also driving new business opportunities.
Youll be the strategic face of Brandmovers for your portfolio ensuring smooth delivery, proactive thinking, and strong client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead client strategy, briefs, annual plans, and campaign direction.
- Spot BD opportunities within existing accounts and new sectors.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Performance, and Production teams.
- Ensure timely execution, quality control, and project profitability.
- Present ideas, decks, and campaign recommendations with confidence.
- Mentor junior account managers and strengthen client processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- 8+ years in advertising/digital agencies managing mid to large accounts.
- Strong understanding of content, digital marketing, production, and integrated campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically while also ensuring flawless execution.
- Great communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
