Description: Position - Account/Customer Success Manager Overall/Total Experience: 7-12 years only Location: Mumbai Working Days: 5 Days from office Notice Period Requirement: 45 Days (Maximum) Role & Responsibilities: Looking for a Key Account Manager (B2B) with Excellent Communication Skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products / Tech Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Own account P&L outcomes including Revenue Expansion, Retention, Gross Margins, NRR and CSAT scores. - Build multithreaded relationships across CXO, Product, Compliance and Procurement teams. - Drive platform adoption by shaping customer success plans, product usage. - KPIs and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines to expand customer footprint. - Lead contract renewals, commercials and negotiations with a solutions-first mindset. - Manage risks proactively (churn risk, adoption gaps, budget constraints, competitive threats) with clear mitigation plans. - Maintain accurate forecast hygiene, account plans and stakeholder mappings in CRM. - Champion account governance and escalation resolution to ensure high-quality delivery and service experience. Ideal Candidate: - Strong customer success manager, key account manager profiles. - Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management managing existing enterprise/ Mid-Market clients. - Must have proven experience in Revenue Ownership including renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within assigned accounts. - Must have experience managing CXO / Senior Stakeholder relationships, running QBRs, governance meetings, and strategic conversations. - Must have experience handling enterprise commercials, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiation ownership. - Ability to understand client business priorities, drive platform adoption, and articulate business value clearly. - Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. - Must have experience working on CRM platforms like Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho for account planning, forecasting, and stakeholder mapping. - Prior experience working in the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives space. - Must be from B2B SaaS Product companies.
