About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Leader (Associate Director - CL 5) to join our Finance Operations vertical. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, governance, insights, and performance optimization for global clients. You will oversee high-impact financial programs, partner with senior stakeholders, and lead large teams to deliver value across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end FP&A initiatives including planning, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modelling, and variance analysis.

2. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through high-quality management reporting and financial governance.

3. Drive large-scale, strategic financial initiatives that directly influence business direction and operational outcomes.

4. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders within Accenture and client organizations to guide critical financial decisions.

5. Manage large, diverse teams to ensure delivery excellence, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

6. Build and enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms.

7. Operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with full ownership of priorities and outcomes.

8. Role requires flexibility to work in US Shift.
