Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Officers to drive our account acquisition initiatives. The role involves visiting lenders, identifying viable acquisition opportunities, and executing end-to-end account evaluation and acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial and legal due diligence, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Identification

- Proactively source and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities that align with organizational strategy.

- Collaborate with management to assess the strategic and financial fit of target accounts.

2. Due Diligence

- Conduct comprehensive due diligence covering financial, legal, and operational aspects of proposed acquisitions.

- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.

- Evaluate financial health, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

3. Negotiation & Deal Structuring

- Lead negotiations with lenders to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Support in structuring deals, including payment terms, timelines, and documentation.

- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

4. Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, stakeholders, and industry partners.

- Serve as the key liaison to ensure smooth communication and seamless acquisition execution.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and transactions.

- Provide regular updates and reports on acquisition pipelines and deal status to senior management.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. Masters degree or professional certifications (CA, CFA, etc.) preferred.

- At least 10 years of experience in acquisitions, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally within the ARC sector.

- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.

- Proven negotiation and communication capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing acquisitions and financial transactions.
