1. Formulate Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategy:

- Architect long-term information security roadmaps.

- Secure multi-tenant digital finance platforms.

- Align cybersecurity protocols across group verticals.

- Evaluate threat landscapes for new fintech products.

2. Strengthen Cyber Resilience & Defenses:

- Prevent data breaches and cyber incidents.

- Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) efficiency.

- Optimize infrastructure vulnerability remediation timelines.

- Secure cloud native architecture components.

3. Enforce Regulatory Compliance & IT Governance:

- Ensure strict RBI Master Directions compliance.

- Maintain rigorous data privacy protection frameworks.

- Mitigate third-party and vendor digital risks.

- Uphold information security audit standards.

- Protect group-wide digital infrastructure reputation.

4. Lead Security Culture & Talent:

- Mentor high-performing security engineering heads.

- Foster enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness cultures.

- Attract top cybersecurity industry talent.

- Align security KPIs with operational growth.

5. Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

- 15+ years in Information Technology/Security.

- 7+ years in security leadership roles.

- Deep BFSI or fintech domain experience.

- Proven track record handling digital forensics.

- Sharp cloud security architecture understanding.

- CISM, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent.

- Engineering or Tier-1 technology background preferred.
