About the role:


This role is pivotal to driving scale, efficiency, and innovation in our Pre-Sales function at The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). The role demands a seasoned professional with proven expertise in leading large-scale pre-sales operations, building and managing high-performing outsourced teams, and driving customer insights-led growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Leadership: Act as a co-lead of the Pre-Sales function, ensuring balance of ownership and delivery across business-critical projects.


- Business Delivery: Oversee end-to-end Pre-Sales processes including acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and seamless customer transition, driving measurable top-line impact.


- Operations Excellence: Manage outsourced contact centre operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, optimized productivity, and scalability across multiple campaigns.


- Customer Insights & Analytics: Drive advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and segmentation to sharpen targeting, improve conversions, and influence product positioning.


- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with vendor ecosystems while engaging effectively with senior internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product.


- Technology & Process Optimization: Champion CRM adoption, data governance, and digital-first practices (email, BTL, automation) to drive process efficiency.


- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and upskill a diverse team (internal and outsourced), fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and customer-centricity.


- Reporting & Governance: Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on business performance, campaign outcomes, and pipeline health.

Competencies:


- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and contact centre operations.


- Proven ability to scale and professionalize pre-sales functions in high-growth environments.


- Strong business acumen with experience in customer analytics and demand generation.


- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across levels and functions.


- Fluency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Operations, or related field.


- 10 to15 years of progressive experience in Pre-Sales, Demand Generation, or Customer Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


- Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes through Pre-Sales.
