Description:
Primary Job Function:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory/geography.
- Execute effective field work independently without direct day-to-day supervision.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting of field activities through the assigned online system.
- Meet defined call average, coverage, and frequency norms of the assigned division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate maximum prescriptions and drive market share growth for the assigned products.
- Promote the Divisions products in line with approved marketing and brand strategies.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists.
- Collect market intelligence and provide insights to support strategy building and execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the companys values, ethics, and professional image in the field.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm (mandatory) MSC / MPharma
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area is essential.
- Candidates with experience in MNCs or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will have an added advantage.
