Job Title:

Territory Business Manager - General Medicine

Location: Balasore

Primary Job Function:

- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets.

- Execute effective field operations independently without day-to-day supervision.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities through the designated online system.

- Meet defined Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency norms as per division guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate maximum prescriptions and consistently grow market share in the assigned territory.

- Promote division products in line with approved brand strategies and marketing plans.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists.

- Identify market opportunities and provide actionable inputs to support strategy formulation and execution.

- Act as a strong brand ambassador, ensuring ethical promotion and positive brand representation.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support informed decision-making.

Education Qualification (Mandatory):

- Master's degree (mandatory)

- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. / B. Pharma preferred.

Experience & Training Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area (General Medicine) is mandatory.

- Experience with MNCs or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will be an added advantage.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, self-driven, and result-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and manage territory operations effectively.

- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
