Job Purpose

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will be responsible for driving business performance in the assigned territory by engaging with key stakeholders, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring strong team performance. The role requires strong analytical, planning, and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute area-wise business plans based on data analysis and market research.

- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, strategies, and initiatives.

- Coach, mentor, and guide team members to build a high-performance culture.

- Monitor team activities, track performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.

- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including TBMs and cross-functional teams.

- Provide clear, simplified communication and guidance to the team.

- Use basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email) for reporting and planning.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy.

- Proven track record of strong execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Sc / M.Sc preferred.

- Graduates from other streams may also apply, provided they have strong academic background and performance history.
