Job Title : Regional Business Manager - Ahmedabad

Main Purpose of the Role

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing business development initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role aims to drive regional growth and contribute to the company's financial and marketing objectives through strategic planning, team coordination, and successful deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy:

- Identify, evaluate, and analyze new business opportunities in domestic and foreign markets.

- Formulate and implement strategies to drive regional business growth and market expansion.

- Lead the development and execution of key strategic business projects.

- Support the successful closure of business deals through active participation and coordination.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

-Oversee, guide, and coordinate the activities of the regional business development team.

- Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance, capability, and productivity.

- Ensure effective collaboration and alignment within the team to achieve regional objectives.

Planning & Proposals:

- Plan, prepare, and review business proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

- Track progress of initiatives and ensure timely execution of planned activities.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

- Represent the region in discussions related to growth strategies and key partnerships.

Authority & Accountability:

- This role does not typically carry direct budget ownership or hiring/firing authority.

- Responsible for influencing outcomes through leadership, coordination, and strategic execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proven team coordination, mentoring, and leadership capability

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

-Strong business acumen with a growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA (preferred)

- Prior experience in business development, strategy, or regional management roles

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
