Core Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Demand Planning:

- Develop consensus-based demand forecasts at the lowest SKU level on a monthly basis, using statistical/trending techniques, sales and marketing inputs, and alignment with long-term financial plans.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to correct forecast inconsistencies and prevent negative impacts on customer replenishment or inventory.

- Communicate forecasts to EPO teams and internal stakeholders.

- Drive the affiliate monthly S&OP process to ensure alignment across functions.

Inventory Planning:

- Coordinate with EPO teams to plan inventory in line with demand forecasts and inventory holding norms.

- Conduct periodic inventory reviews to identify excess stock, potential obsolescence, and work with Finance and Sales teams to manage liquidation.

- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support business continuity and reduce working capital risks.

Divisional P&L Controlling:

- Manage divisional P&L from an FP&A perspective across all product lines, focusing on plan, RLBEs, and actuals, with a specific emphasis on forecast accuracy.

- Engage with functional teams on SG&A spend targets based on MIS reports and expected outcomes.

Cross-functional Support & Projects:

- Collaborate with EPO, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on inventory-related issues and initiatives to optimize operating working capital.

- Lead and contribute to various projects, including global alignment initiatives, system developments, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and P&L control.

- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with proficiency in statistical tools and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
