Description:

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- The incumbent will be responsible meeting the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category / brands and beating market share objectives.

- Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line).

- Accountable for budgeting, business planning, sales force organization.

- Maintaining control of operating budget, delivering both top line and bottom line;.

- Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved;.

- Collaborating with product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to product line.

- Life Cycle management which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach for brands.

- Leading commercial discussions with Business Development teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business teams to develop product supply and delivery;.

- Overseeing the development of sales processes and pricing models;.

- Developing and implementing short and long range sales and marketing plans;.

- Formulating marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit;.

- Identifying new markets, customer and geographies and applications to assure volume growth;.

- Observing and promoting all Abbott compliance and local country regulatory requirements as defined per.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with an ability to understand therapy areas.

- MBA from an institute of repute.

Experience: 10-15 years in Sales + Marketing management in relevant therapy and/or other chronic therapy areas.

- High scientific orientation.

- Strong can-do attitude and result orientation;.

- Must possess a strong sense of urgency;.
