Job Title : Area Business Manager - Women's Health

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Area Business Manager - Women's Health is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing business development opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth by supporting strategic initiatives, developing key projects, and contributing to the achievement of the company's financial and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy:

- Identify, evaluate, and analyze new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Formulate and recommend strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

- Support senior management with data-driven insights, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the business development team.

- Guide the team in evaluating market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

- Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and capability building.

Project & Deal Execution:

- Lead the development and execution of key strategic business projects.

- Support the planning, preparation, and presentation of business proposals.

- Participate in negotiations and contribute to the successful closure of business deals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives.

Authority & Accountability:

- Individual contributor with coordination and mentoring responsibilities.

- Typically does not hold direct budget ownership or hire/fire authority.

- Accountable for execution quality, strategic inputs, and team coordination effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

- Prior experience in business development, strategy, or market analysis (experience in pharmaceuticals or women's health preferred).

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to lead through influence, coordination, and mentoring rather than formal authority.
