Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Hyderabad Shaikpet branch. This mid-level role is ideal for sales professionals with a proven track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and driving business growth in a competitive education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for AESL's educational programs by identifying opportunities and converting leads into enrollments.

- Manage and mentor a small sales team, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

- Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Any graduate/post-graduate degree with strong academic credentials.

- 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or related sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
