Associate Director - Business Development Responsibilities: 1. Device and execute the BD strategy - includes outlining categories to expand to, brands to target and touchpoints to create - with the aim to convert 3 to 4 clients per year. 2. Working cross-functionally (esp. with marketing and editorial) to execute the BD strategy. 3. Plan regular roadshows with prospects + key clients to showcase our solutions / expertise. 4. Work closely with key account management to ensure strategic campaigns are well-executed, with the objective to retain and grow existing business year-on-year. 5. Track trends in the industry, competitor activities, new innovations, and use these insights to inform and adapt the BD strategy. Skills required: 1. 8 to 10 years of Sales/BD experience. 2. Experience with prospecting, cold calling, lead generation for media / B2B industry. 3. Has had P&L responsibility in previous roles. 4. Outstanding presentation and communication skills. 5. Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience managing team of 4 to 5 people. 7. Candidates with Digital Media background will be preferred.
