Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in sales role as Senior Sales Coordinator.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and a passion for technology, particularly Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to track progress and achieve goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in software or technology sales.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/CRM solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
