Role Overview:
- You will identify organizations already using Dynamics 365 (BC/F&O/CE) or Power Platform, understand their challenges with current partners, and position 3KT's superior support, expertise, and solutions.
- You'll drive acquisition, revenue growth, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage existing D365 & Power Platform customers.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, events, Microsoft ecosystem & references.
- Run discovery calls and position 3KT's support, services & accelerators.
- Drive partner takeover conversations and Microsoft PCR processes.
- Upsell & cross's ell D365 modules and Power Platform solutions.
- Coordinate with presales & delivery teams for demos and proposals.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-10 years experience in D365/Power Platform sales, presales or account management.
- Strong understanding of D365 BC/F&O/CE modules + Power Apps/Automate/BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to engage CIOs, CFOs, IT Heads, Digital/ERP Leaders.
- Strong hunting + consultative selling mindset.
- Experience in Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus.
