360 ONE - Lead - Robotics Process Automation

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA360).

- Identify automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

- Integrate AI components (e.g., OCR, ML, NLP) to enhance automation capabilities.

- Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows, bots, and reusable components.

- Create and maintain detailed RPA documentation including design documents, test cases, and user guides.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance in RPA solution development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Provide post-deployment support, maintenance, and optimization of automation solutions.

Required Skills & Areas of Expertise:

RPA Tools:

- Advanced Certification in Automation Anywhere (AA) - Mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360) - Must-have.

- Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism - Optional but advantageous.

RPA & AI Integration:

- Proficient in Python scripting along with Selenium and other Libraries.

- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies such as ABBYY, Tesseract, or Automation Anywhere IQ Bot.

- Experience leveraging AI technologies within RPA solutions (e.g., ML models, NLP, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics).

- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is a plus.

- Familiarity with integrating APIs and cognitive services (Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, etc.) into automation workflows.

Programming & Scripting:

- Strong knowledge of VBA scripting for automation within Excel and Office applications.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.

Database & Data Handling:

- Proficient in SQL and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.

Development Practices:

- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices for RPA deployments is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

Domain Experience: Experience in the Investment Banking or Financial Services domain is an added advantage.
