Role Description:


- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru.


- The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


- The Senior Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategic plans, conduct market research, lead negotiations, and manage key accounts.


- The individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.


- Regular reporting and performance tracking are also key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute a territory and account growth plan aligned with our strategic goals across Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ecosystems.


- Drive net new logos and deepen existing accounts through value-led conversations and solution alignment.


- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to shape winning solutions tailored to industry needs.


- Build relationships with ecosystem partners and alliances to jointly position and co-sell integrated offerings.


- Track pipeline performance, forecast accurately, and influence long-term strategic accounts.


Qualifications:


- 5+ years of business development experience in enterprise IT services and consulting.


- Proven expertise in selling CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), ERP (SAP/Oracle), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).


- Ability to position AI, analytics, and automation within transformation conversations.


- Strong executive presence and CXO-level engagement capability.


- Experience working with System Integrators, ISVs, or OEM-aligned partners.


- MBA or equivalent preferred; B./B.Tech in Engineering or related field is a plus.
