Role Overview:

- This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a consultative selling approach.

- You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue for 360DegreeCloud's Salesforce services and products (including AppExchange apps, SMS solution, CTI solutions, and consulting services).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify, qualify, and engage new leads across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, LinkedIn, email, events).

- Work closely with marketing to convert MQLs to SQLs.

- Maintain a strong pipeline for continuous revenue growth.

Client Engagement:

- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs.

- Present 360DegreeCloud offerings, including demos of SMS/CTI/other AppExchange apps Integrations, and Salesforce consulting services.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Sales Cycle Management:

- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting - demos - proposals - negotiation - closure.

- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams for solution development.

- Prepare scope documents, proposals, and pricing aligned with client requirements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

- Work with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales (Salesforce ecosystem experience is a mandatory).

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or cloud solutions.

- Understanding of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CTI, SMS etc.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.
