Client Service Management (CSM)  Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery - Optimization at Innovation Labs, the role will be client facing and primarily accountable for all aspects of post-sales client engagement along with additional responsibilities of building and growing vertical specific optimization assets and team management.  Responsibilities:  - Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management.  - Understand client business objectives and strategy with respect to their end customer engagement and experience; establish executive connects with the client.  - Manage P&L and delivery of multiple programs to completion.  - Work very closely with account management teams to develop optimization delivery plans for follow-on sales and growth opportunities in your accounts.  - Participate and support in sales calls and customer visits.  - Matrix manage a team of Optimization, Data Sciences and Engineering resources and co-ordinate with Operations to deliver customer interaction analytics solutions to clients.  - Provide leadership on business and technical issues related to implementations: coordinate internal and external resources; validate project plans; define and agree on deliverables, milestones and scope; manage deadlines to ensure delivery within time frames.  - Refine implementation methodologies and approaches to incorporate lessons learnt.  Experience & Educational Qualifications:  Experience Tenure: 7+ years  Domain: Business Intelligence & Analytics, Web Analytics, Consulting, Professional Services  Verticals (preferred): Retail, BFSI, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality   Education: Engineering & MBA  Experience expectation: Minimum 5-8 years in client facing roles (consulting, professional service) ; program management, account management  Soft Skills:  - Self-starter  - Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  - Ability to adapt to new development environments and changing business situations.  - Desire and ability to grow and thrive in a start-up environment.  - Strong organizational skills and proven ability to lead and mentor teams.  - Ability to convey technical information and business impact to non-technical audience.  - Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of client personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to individual contributors.
