Healthcare Finance Operations Leader (CFO-Level)

We are working on a critical leadership mandate for a large, well-established healthcare / hospital group client, delivered through a leading global services organization.

This is not a traditional CFO role.

This is a rare, high-impact mandate at the intersection of:

- Healthcare Finance

- Supply Chain / Procurement

- Large-Scale Operations

NON-NEGOTIABLE FIT (READ CAREFULLY)

Do NOT apply unless you meet MOST of the below:

- 18-25 years of experience

- Currently / recently in a CFO / Finance Head role within Hospitals / Healthcare

- Strong exposure to hospital finance operations (revenue cycle, cost control, budgeting)

- Hands-on involvement in procurement / P2P / supply chain within healthcare

- Experience managing large-scale operations (- 100 Cr+ budgets)

- Ability to handle large team spans (1000+ - direct + dotted line)

- Stable career (no frequent moves / long unexplained gaps)

STRICTLY NOT SUITABLE:

- IT / Tech / Product company backgrounds

- Pure BFSI / Manufacturing finance profiles without healthcare exposure

- BPO / Shared Services candidates without owning hospital clients

- Finance leaders with zero supply chain / procurement exposure

ROLE MANDATE:

- Lead end-to-end Healthcare Finance Operations (HFO) for a large hospital ecosystem

- Drive cost optimization, governance, and operational efficiency

- Partner closely with hospital CFOs / leadership teams

- Oversee procurement, vendor management & supply chain finance alignment

- Manage large distributed teams (primarily dotted-line structures)

- Act as a bridge between operations, finance, and service delivery

IMPORTANT CONTEXT (PLEASE READ)

This role requires a very rare combination.

Most profiles fall into one of these buckets:

1. Hospital CFOs - Strong healthcare finance, limited supply chain depth

2. Supply Chain Leaders (Healthcare / Pharma) - Strong ops, limited finance ownership

3. Healthcare BPO Leaders - Strong scale, but limited core hospital exposure

We are looking for someone who meaningfully overlaps across all three.

WHO WILL CRACK THIS

- Senior Finance Leaders from large hospital ecosystems

- Leaders who have owned both finance + procurement decisions

- Profiles who have operated at scale, not just reported numbers

LOCATION:

- Bangalore / Pune (preferred)

- Open to candidates from Mumbai / NCR willing to relocate

COMPENSATION:

- 60-80 LPA (incl. variable)

- Flexibility for the right profile
