Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Management
- Manage and grow the companys affiliate marketing program across multiple platforms.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and conversions.
- Ensure affiliate partners follow brand guidelines, compliance standards, and promotional rules.
Campaign Development & Optimization:
- Create, monitor, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and conversion rates across all affiliate channels.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative/marketing team for banners, creatives, content, and promotional materials.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track daily performance metrics, including clicks, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify underperforming affiliates and execute corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and negotiate competitive deals.
- Manage communication related to offers, payouts, promotions, and performance updates.
- Address affiliate queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and competitive strategies.
- Evaluate emerging affiliate channels such as social media influencers, blogs, content creators, and coupon websites.
- Propose new ideas for growth and partnerships to expand the affiliate network
