New Product Development & Sourcing Executive /Manager/ Sr. Manager Baby Care Products. Employment Type: Full-time. The New Product Development & Sourcing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands future product range. This individual will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and sourcing innovative baby care products, and building strong partnerships with international vendors. The role requires a blend of market research, product development expertise, and global sourcing experienceparticularly within categories such as gear (strollers, car seats, baby carriers), Personal Care (Body Wash and lotion), Nursery ( high chair, Crib, Mattress). - Market Research & Trend Analysis. - Continuously monitor global and regional baby care market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer insights. - Identify gaps and opportunities in the current product range to drive brand differentiation and growth. - New Product Development. - Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from ideation to launch. - Work closely with design, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure safety, compliance, and user-centric functionality. - Develop detailed product specifications and briefs aligned with brand standards. - Vendor Sourcing & Management. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international vendors and manufacturers. - Ensure suppliers meet standards for quality, safety, cost efficiency, and ethical compliance. - Build long-term strategic partnerships with global factories and suppliers. - Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination. - Oversee purchasing processes for new and existing products, ensuring optimal cost and lead times. - Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow. - Project Management. - Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time launches. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing, design, and commercial strategies for product rollouts. - Bachelors degree in Product Development, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven experience in product development and sourcing for baby care products, with strong exposure to international vendors. - Deep knowledge of product categories including strollers, car seats, carriers, feeding, diapering, bath & hygiene, nursery products, and toys. - Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
