This role is for our flagship SaaS product IRIS CARBON, a globally recognized solution in the compliance and regulatory reporting domain, trusted by customers in 35+ countries. IRIS CARBON supports organizations in financial reporting, sustainability/ESG reporting, and internal reporting. We are in hyper-growth mode to scale the IRIS CARBON customer base 10x in the next 5 years, primarily across the USA, Europe, and APAC. The product has been recognized by G2, Gartner, and Capterra with multiple awards. IRIS is a member of XBRL International, XBRL US, XBRL Europe, and XBRL South Africa, actively contributing to the development and adoption of the XBRL standard. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own sales strategy, planning, and execution across geographies (Europe, APAC, Middle East, North America). - CXO Engagement: Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior decisionmakers in enterprise and government segments. - Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales organization (SDRs, AEs, regional leaders). - GTM Strategy: Design and implement scalable go-to-market strategies for regulated and enterprise SaaS products. - Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across multiple verticals (BFSI, Government, Telecom, etc.). - Outbound & ABM: Drive outbound motions and account-based marketing (ABM) in close collaboration with marketing. - Partnerships & Alliances: Build strategic partnerships and co-sell motions with ecosystem players (Big 4s, technology alliances, and channel partners). - Revenue & Forecasting: Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, ensure CRM hygiene, and report KPIs to leadership. - Sales Enablement: Own sales enablement programs, performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications & Experience: - 2025 years of proven experience in enterprise/technology sales leadership roles. - Extensive experience in SaaS / RegTech / Enterprise Tech sales in global markets. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams across geographies. - Ability to engage and influence CXOs, senior stakeholders, and government clients. - Strong knowledge of GTM design, ABM, account-based selling, and enterprise SaaS sales cycles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
