About the job: Title: AI Content & Digital Marketing Strategist Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist with AI. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online and digital marketing campaigns, utilizing web analytics tools, and promoting our brand on social media platforms. The specialist will also communicate with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies are executed effectively. Location: Pune (World Trade Center) / Remote Option Type: Full-time Timing: 2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST (MonFri), collaborating closely with US team Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic professional who can bridge marketing creativity with AI-driven digital strategy. The role will focus on managing our social media presence, brand collaborations, and customer engagement, while leveraging AI tools and analytics to optimize visibility, reach, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Community Management: - Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Respond to customer queries/messages and manage social media inboxes - Monitor and manage Google reviews and online reputation Influencer & Brand Partnerships: - Conduct influencer research, outreach, and partnership coordination - Support sponsorships, brand collaborations, and cross-platform campaigns Content & Campaign Coordination: - Coordinate email campaigns and product launch calendars - Conduct competitor and trend research to guide marketing strategy AI-Driven Marketing & Optimization: - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Google SGE etc.) to optimize content for better discoverability - Leverage automation tools for marketing workflows - Apply AI-based analytics for campaign performance tracking - Ensure content is structured to be AI-search-friendly and surfaces effectively across emerging platforms Required Skills & Qualifications: - 36 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships - Strong hands-on experience with influencer outreach, content calendars, and customer engagement - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Power BI) - Knowledge of AI-driven content optimization (ChatGPT prompts, Google SGE, automation workflows) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-border teams - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred); certifications in Digital Marketing or Generative AI are a plus
