Position: Relations Manager Location: Chennai, India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: FundsIndia is seeking a proactive and results-driven Relations Manager to expand our network of partners and drive the distribution of our diverse financial product offerings. If you possess a strong background in the wealth industry, deep knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and related products, along with proven experience in private banking, you're the ideal candidate. You will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and nurturing partnerships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (e.g., Independent Financial Advisors, wealth distributors, wealth management professionals) to expand FundsIndia's distribution network. - Product Training & Enablement: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to partners on various financial products, including: - Mutual Funds - Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) - Portfolio Management Services (PMS) - Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) - Bonds - Loans - And other relevant financial instruments available through FundsIndia. Equip partners with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively market and sell these products to their clients. - Target Achievement: Develop strategic plans to track, monitor, and consistently achieve budgeted sales targets for various financial products through your partner network. - Service Quality Assurance: Work closely with partners to ensure they provide their clients with high-quality service, aligning with FundsIndia's commitment to customer satisfaction. Address any service-related issues or gaps promptly. - Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that all recruited and managed partners strictly adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI guidelines, AML norms) and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support to help them grow their business. - Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product development and service enhancements. Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills: - Experience: Proven experience in the wealth industry is essential. - Financial Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various financial products, with particular expertise in Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, AIFs, and Bonds. - Private Banking Background: Demonstrated experience in private banking or a similar role involving high-net-worth client engagement and financial advisory. - Sales & Target Orientation: Ability to track, plan, and consistently achieve aggressive sales targets. - Training & Mentoring: Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales partners. - Compliance Acumen: Solid understanding of financial regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance. - Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with partners. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address partner and client challenges. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA or relevant financial certifications like NISM, CFP are a plus).
