We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in cloud solutions pre-sales who can bridge technology and business needs. This role will start with solution consulting and pre-sales responsibilities but is designed to grow into full product ownership for ZeaCloud's portfolio of services (IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, Hybrid & Edge Cloud). Key Responsibilities: - Understand ZeaCloud's cloud architecture and services in depth and map them to customer use cases. - Support sales team in solution positioning, proposals, demos, and RFP responses. - Gather customer insights, pain points, and feedback and translate them into product improvement ideas. - Work with technical teams to shape offerings and document solution architectures. - Assist leadership in defining service packages, pricing models, and competitive positioning. - Create clear customer-facing and internal documentation (presentations, datasheets, FAQs). - Over time, evolve into managing product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy. What We're Looking For: - 3-6 years of experience in cloud pre-sales / solution consulting (IaaS, backup, DR, virtualization, or managed services). - Strong technical grounding in cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT infrastructure. - Good commercial understanding of pricing models, deal structuring, and value articulation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to align customer needs to business strategy. - Curiosity and drive to grow into a full product management role. Nice to Have: - Exposure to CloudStack, VMware, or OpenStack-based cloud platforms. - Thorough understanding of backup and cross-platform replication technologies - Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements. - Prior experience in creating solution or service bundles. Contract & Renewal Management: - Track and manage AMC and Subscription Renewals. - Maintain renewal calendar and ensure no-lapse renewals. Sales Coordination & Upsell Opportunities: - Work closely with Sales/Pre-Sales Team to identify upsell / cross-sell possibilities. - Share leads or opportunities emerging from customer interactions. Internal Coordination: - Coordinate with Support Engineers / Service Delivery / assigned sales team. - Work with Accounts team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain updated records of client interactions, project status, and renewal data. - Prepare weekly MIS reports on customer touchpoints, open issues, and revenue pipeline. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Good understanding of IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cloud / Security products (added advantage). - Problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills. Educational & Experience Criteria: - Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline; technical background preferred). - 4+ years of experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship roles. - Experience in a System Integrator (SI) or IT Services company is highly preferred. - The position requires flexibility to visit at various client sites, depending on ongoing assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across targeted industries. - Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, ensuring repeat business and account expansion. - Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate networking, security, and IT infrastructure solutions (e., switching, routing, wireless, data center, cybersecurity, cloud). - Work closely with OEM partners and distributors to drive joint go-to-market plans, pricing and solution positioning. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity qualification, solution mapping, proposal building, commercial negotiation and closure. - Run account planning activities including pipeline forecasting, demand generation and cross-selling potential. - Collaborate with pre-sales / technical teams to deliver PoCs, solution demos and RFP responses. - Track market intelligence, competition landscape and customer buying patterns. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong experience in Enterprise / Corporate Sales within the SI or IT infrastructure domain. - Proven experience in solution-based sales and handling RFPs, tenders, and large proposals. - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Ability to build senior-level customer relationships and drive strategic discussions. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / IT preferred) or MBA in Sales/Marketing (advantage, not mandatory).
